Consultation
I offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients. This call is a chance to discuss your goals, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit to work together.
There’s no obligation—just an opportunity to see if this feels like the right next step for you.
My specialities include parenting support, reprocessing trauma, depression, anxiety, and helping to manage life stressors by building resilience and fostering healthy relationships. I help individuals navigate transitions, improve communication, and develop coping strategies to thrive.
I offer telehealth services at this time.

Evidence-Based Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a research-supported approach that helps people heal from the impact of trauma and other distressing experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess memories in a safe and guided way, so they lose their emotional intensity and become part of your past rather than something you continue to relive. EMDR uses a technique called bilateral stimulation, which helps regulate the nervous system by engaging both sides of the mind and body. This may involve eye movements, rhythmic tapping, or handheld vibrating devices. While EMDR is well-known for treating trauma, it’s also highly effective for concerns like anxiety and grief.
I have over 10 years of experience supporting parents and families navigating stressors and behavioral challenges with their children. This includes 3 years of training in a behavioral-based program that taught elementary school students with learning differences self-regulation and management of anger, anxiety, and frustration. My approach combines this experience with my additional training in evidence-based models, including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I will work alongside you to strengthen your connection with your child, increase your confidence, and develop practical strategies that support positive behavior and emotional regulation.
Parenting Support
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In our work together, you’ll learn practical skills for relaxation, coping, resilience, stress management, and assertiveness. We’ll practice strategies for managing worry and interrupting upsetting, repetitive thoughts. You’ll also build confidence in approaching and tolerating situations you’ve been avoiding. By identifying unhelpful patterns and practicing new ways of thinking and responding, CBT supports meaningful and lasting change.
